General Terms

The General Terms and Conditions of the Gottscheelux website have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, The Electronic Commerce Act and international e-commerce codes. The website is intended for presentation and reservation of accommodation in an apartment for natural and legal persons. The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the website, the rights and obligations of the user and the seller, and regulate the business relationship between the seller and the user. The user is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of reservation (submission of an online order). When submitting a reservation, the user confirms his/her familiarity with them.
 

​AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The seller undertakes to provide the user with the following information:

- information about the seller,

- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently,

- essential features of the apartment,

- availability of the apartment,

- terms of use,

- prices and costs and other charges,

- method of payment,

- time validity of the offer.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The seller is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act.All data obtained from the website will be used exclusively for sending informational materials, offers, invoices and other necessary communications between the seller and the user.
 

​RESERVATIONS

On the website, the buyer selects the accommodation, number of people and duration of the reservation. The price includes the rental of the accommodation for a certain period. A tourist tax is added to this price, which depends on the current ordinances of the municipality or administrative unit. The purchase contract between the seller and the user is concluded on the website at the moment when the latter completes the reservation process and receives confirmation of the reservation via e-mail. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed. The user is considered to be the person who submits the reservation. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.

PRICES

Prices are set for each accommodation and are expressed in EUR/night.

Prices are valid at the time of booking.

​PAYMENT METHODS

The buyer can pay in the following ways:

- by transfer to a bank account (TRR).
 

​INVOICE ISSUANCE

The seller sends the user an invoice after confirming the reservation to the buyer's email address. The user is obliged to check the correctness of the data before submitting the reservation.

​RESERVATION NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

Reservation confirmation - after completing the reservation form and confirming it, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email. The confirmation will include all essential reservation information (date, number of people, etc.). The guest must review the confirmation and in case of errors, notify the accommodation.

HOUSE RULES

Dear guests!

We wish you a pleasant welcome to the Gottscheelux apartments.

We wish for every guest who stays with us to feel nice and carefree. In order to avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes of your time and familiarize yourself with the house rules. By confirming your reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with the house rules and will comply with them.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES

Upon arrival, you will collect the keys to the apartment from the owner at the address of the accommodation - the apartment.

The apartment is available for your arrival from 2 p.m. onwards.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11 a.m. at the latest.

TOURIST TAX

In accordance with the Tourism Promotion Act, in addition to the tourist tax, guests are also charged a promotional tax for overnight stays, which is set at 25% of the tourist tax and is a fee intended for planning and implementing marketing and promoting the comprehensive tourist offer of Slovenia, which is collected for this purpose by the Slovenian Tourist Board. The total tourist and promotional tax charged to tourists in the Municipality of Kočevje is €2.50. Children under 7 years of age are exempt from payment, and for children from 7 to 18 years of age it is 50% (€1.25).

ACCOMMODATION

Guests receive the keys to the apartment upon arrival and return them upon departure. When leaving the room, be careful not to leave the keys in the lock. We ask that you always close the main entrance door in the evening. When leaving the apartment, it is necessary to close the windows and doors, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and other indoor areas. In case of non-compliance with the ban, the guest will cover the damage caused.

Overnight stays of guests who are not registered and have not paid for their stay are not allowed. In case of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional night.

Please do not damage or remove the inventory. It is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as when he took it over.

The guest is responsible for damage caused by his own fault or by the fault of those for whom he is responsible and those who visit him. Apartment Gottscheelux reserves the right to charge the guest for all damage found, regardless of whether the damage was discovered after the guest's departure.

Night silence is required from 10 pm to 6 am.

We kindly ask you not to disturb other residents with radios, televisions and other devices. In case of storms, turn off all electrical devices. Please use energy and water economically and wisely.
 

FIRE SAFETY

Upon arrival at the apartment, familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the location of fire extinguishers in the building. If you notice a fire, immediately call the fire department on 112. In case of fire, leave the building as soon as possible. If the route is closed due to fire, stay in the room, seal any gaps in the door with wet towels and warn others if the window is open. Use fire extinguishers according to the instructions.

Please be careful when cooking. Always make sure that you have switched off the electrical panel before leaving the apartment.

Bringing flammable and explosive substances into the interior is strictly prohibited.
 

PETS

Pets are allowed. Please ensure their safety and cleanliness, as well as the safety and cleanliness of the surroundings (and the animals and people in it).
 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

During your stay in the apartments, please ensure that the apartment is tidy and clean. Before leaving the apartment, we ask you to wash all the dishes and put them away as you have found them. The price of your stay includes only the final cleaning and, by agreement, basic cleaning once a day in the morning. If you would like your apartment or room to be cleaned more often, please contact us on GSM: +386 31 722 982 or inform the owner / manager personally.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The Gottscheelux Apartment does not assume any responsibility for personal and other belongings that the guest keeps in the room, apartment or car. It is also not responsible for any damage to cars parked in the parking lot. Before leaving, check that you have not forgotten anything. Found items will be sent to your home only at your request.

​VIOLATIONS

The owner and manager are responsible for monitoring compliance with the house rules. The owner and manager have the right to check compliance with the house rules anywhere in the Gottscheelux Apartment at any time, without the permission of the guests.

Guests who violate the house rules despite warnings will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. They will be required to pay 100% of the accommodation price and all costs incurred by not following the house rules.
